Ask and you shall recieve...well...maybe...

This event that happened on Friday was to be paid in full before Friday. Well, that didn’t happen. When the computer calculated the tax and service charge it was off $0.15. I know that’s change, but still it’s money.

I emailed stating that there is a balance due and for catering to contact the client for the balance that is due. I have emailed and asked for a week prior to the event and yet, there is still a balance.

I was told to write it off. Excuse me, but my job it to collect money not write it off. I have the proof that I had asked for it more than once. Of course, the catering person said that it was ok to pay after the meal. They changed what they had and there nothing mentioned.

I work in accounting and not for the psychic friends network. If I did I’d be rich and retired because I could foresee the lotto numbers.
